The Phase III upLIFT study has enrolled all 16 planned participants with insulinoma or non-islet cell tumours, with topline results expected in mid-December 2026.
Rezolute said it has finished enrolling patients in its Phase III upLIFT trial of ersodetug, a treatment being tested for a rare form of tumour-driven hypoglycaemia that can cause dangerous and persistent drops in blood sugar. The study is now fully enrolled with 16 participants who have insulinoma or non-islet cell tumours, and the company expects topline results in mid-December 2026.
