Senseonics plans to combine its long-term Eversense 365 glucose monitor with Beta Bionics’ iLet Bionic Pancreas, aiming for a fully automated, carb-counting-free diabetes management system set for commercial launch in late 2026.
Senseonics is planning to pair its Eversense 365 continuous glucose monitor with Beta Bionics’ iLet Bionic Pancreas, a move that would link year-long glucose sensing with an automated insulin delivery system that adjusts doses without carb counting. The companies said development of the integrated system should be finished in the fourth quarter of 2026, with a commercial launch to follow once the work is complete.
Tim Goodnow, chief executive of Senseonics, said the collaboration would broaden access to what he called a differentiated option for people managing diabetes. “Our Eversense 365 is redefining the CGM market with long-term implantable technology designed to empower better diabetes management and reduce device burden. This collaboration with Beta Bionics will expand our reach to a greater population of people to enable them to manage their diabetes with the most advanced technologies available today,” Goodnow said.
The deal adds to Senseonics’ efforts to build an ecosystem around Eversense 365. In February, the company and Sequel Med Tech launched the twiist automated insulin delivery system integrated with Eversense 365, and in January it said the first commercial patients were already using the combined products. Senseonics has pitched those integrations as a way to cut the need for frequent sensor changes and repeated device pairing while preserving CGM accuracy.
The partnership also comes as Senseonics has been gaining momentum financially. The company said earlier this year that fourth-quarter 2025 revenue rose 71% from a year earlier and that it expected full-year 2026 sales of between $58 million and $62 million. It has also resumed direct distribution of Eversense products from Ascensia Diabetes, a shift that has helped sharpen its commercial focus. Separately, Senseonics said Eversense 365 won CE Mark approval in January, paving the way for launches in selected European markets, while Beta Bionics has also been widening its own integration plans, including work with Abbott on a future dual glucose-ketone sensor in the United States.
